Clicks Pharmacy Graaff Reinet

Clicks Graaff-Reinet is a convenient and well-stocked store. The layout is neat and it’s easy to find what you need. Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. However, there is a cashier who has been working here for quite some time who never greets customers. The only words she usually says are "club card" – no hello, no thank you. It creates an uncomfortable experience at the till. For someone who has been there a while, a basic level of customer service should be second nature.A simple greeting and polite interaction would make a big difference and improve the overall experience.

Excellent service and the shop was neat. Personal all was friendly and smiling. Thank you

It is in the first week of the month and there are 2 people working at the medication area, there is a line till out of the door and some of the workers here look like lost lambs. I would recommend coming when they look like working or get clicks to actually take this branch seriously. Very unhappy about this

Good service and helped with other information as well. Thank you

Huge shout out to pharmacist Aya Booi, who went out of his way to assist me today, being a Sunday. On a long road trip, I left important medication in Johannesburg and wouldn’t make it in time to Graaff-Reinet before the pharmacy closed. I never expected this kind of care from a chain pharmacy group, it was amazing. Aya assisted me with the EFT process and personally delivered the medicine to a collection point on his way home. Thank you champ! 🙂

I highly recommend Clicks in Graaff-Reinet but would strongly advise you to provide them with a generator. I am sure your turnover warrants it, and it is most frustrating that they have to close too often, and then take time to re boot before opening again.Would you consider this, and if so when? Thank you

Generally speaking the usual Clucks shop. Disappointed when staff cannot help me efficiently. They seemed poorly trained in knowledge of items. They do try though and I hope they get to know products better then I cannot fault them. Clean..helpful.. trying their best.
