Dog Care Mobile Pet Grooming

Booked with Dog Care Mobile, they said they will assist at 15:00, by 15:33 I enquired if they were still coming, no response from them. I cancelled as we had other commitments. At 16:44 they show up at my gate.Unfortunately, we also have schedules and without even letting us know they are running late, Im sorry but its not acceptable. We wont be using Dog Care Mobile again. Atleast have the decency as a business to keep your clients informed and up to date, Mobile groomers are a dime a dozen and your business will fail if you dont step up your game.

Unfortunately the lowest star I can give them, if I had an option they will receive a zero. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. We made an appointment for 10, at 10:15 I phoned to ask where they were. She then informed me that the car broke down, when I phoned again she killed the call and kept dodging my calls, her excuse was she didn't want to speak to me when I was angry and she was not informed about the breakdown. I do not recommend this pet groomer to anyone.

What a shocking company first of all the receptionist does not know what a Labrador is or its size. No feedback from the whatsapp number, when you phone to speak to the person in charge nobody can help. Owner is driving so cant take calls. This is a huge red flag for me as it shows that there is no accountability so no I will not ever make use of your comapny

Amazing service for both my dogs and the groomers where gentle and friendly love them will definitely have them back ❤️🙏

The worst when it comes to punctuality and communication, always hearing the same story in regards to the van being broken, overheating, or involved in an accident, owner fails to communicate quickly when calling or sending a message to their WhatsApp line. The absolute worst thing to do as a business owner is to keep your clients waiting. Definitely would not recommend this groomer to anyone!

Not happy at all, my 2 kids wasnt taken care of properly, they arrived with a small bakkie even after imforming them that the one is a st barnard breed. They werent properly washed or groomed and ontop of that they gave me a price of r560 for both but ended up paying r610 for a very bad job done

They are excellent. They reliable and come no matter very happy with them.
