I'm very disappointed my mom's dog was full of razor burns. It feels like our fur baby lost his dignity he doesn't even want to interact with our other doggies... I won't take my dog back I'm not happy with the way he was shaved. And I also asked to do his toe nails I'm not even sure if it was done... his tail wasn't touched with a razor or a scissor..Pathetic service.
The service was disappointing. Dogs are left in the cages for hours with no water. The groomer is particularly rude, and unaccomodating and the owner takes no accountability for her staff. They do not listen to client requests. I not only collected my dog, but a few more pets on my dog and matted hair. I would not recommend this parlour.
Did a very good job, my doggies looked beautiful.
Really loved this place great staff and very friendly and they did an amazing job on my 2 fur babies. Only down side is that it is next to a really busy road so not much parking space.
I have been taking my Maltese Poodle to Petro for over 4years She is always neat and clean at an affordable price too
will definitely bring my dogs here again, they were so nicely groomed, unlike the one up the road from you!
What an amazing and affordable place... Welcoming and supper good with pets... Would definitely recommend
