Took my pets here 1st time, worse experience ever, took them at 11am….they were only done at 2.30pm, my car was full of fine hair when they jumped in…..not happy at all

This place does not deserve any stars. I used Michelle twice in order to give my Peke pup basic grooming including slight trims during the spring/summer month. Last week I took my 9 month old Peke pup to Michelle for a nail trim and a summer trim. Please see pics attached. She and her team butchered my pup and removed all of his hair. She apologized and said one of her team is responsible for what happened and said I should not pay. That does'nt help if she is unable to properly supervise her team. What they did is abuse to the poor animal. He has now scratched himself bloody and is struggling with anxiety (including not being able to eat or sleep). We are gutted to see him suffer. I will never use this service again...

Despite the utter rudeness of the staff, this place shouldn’t even be recommended for anyone to take their dog to. I’d rather pay an extra amount for a much better and trustworthy service.

Very reasonably priced, the staff are very caring and mindful of each individual pet's needs and past experiences.

I would not take my dogs anywhere else! Owner is amazing and the team is trained, knowledgeable and great with dogs. They call the moment the dogs are done, so you know your babies are not waiting long. Everyone is friendly and dogs always come back looking fantastic! Keep up the good work!

Although they did a good job of cutting my two dogs' fur, we later found out, after picking them up, that they both had been nicked or cut by the blades used to cut their fur in several places. Being nicked is not necessarily a serious problem, but one of my pups ended up having a bacterial infection because of one of the cuts he received in the process. It seems that the process might have been rushed, so they got nicked or cut in multiple places. This is concerning because there was no need to rush. I would have preferred waiting longer with the assurance that my pets won't have cuts that end up having bacteria in them.

As a cat owner, i did found it difficult to find a grooming parlor that can assist me in grooming my cat, but its been more than 5 years that Pawsitively Pets are that grooming parlor thats been there for me, always accommodating, friendly and always helpful. Really truly a 5 star service. And do recommend their services. Thank You PAWSITIVELY PETS.
