My dogs was injured badly and developed a red rash after their hair cut. Very disappointed, not considering to take my dogs there again.
I left my cat there today at 9am and I am now 5pm coming from this rotten place which had my cat in a cage from morning without food and water. Please be aware of this place when you leave your pets. I called her during the day to find out why my cat is not seen to and she said no she will get to the cat. What happen to first come first serve basis. My biggest regret is not taking my cat to Nicole for my cat to get groomed. She is absolutely professional and caring.
No care for your dog is taken, dog escapes in there care due to there neglect on control
