TOP DOG MOBILE GROOMING

Their lack of communication and lack of professionalism. On the 29th Nov 2025, I tried to book their services for the 22nd Dec 2025 - they responded that they'd advise of their availability for the date, asked for mine and my dogs' details/address etc., and they sent me a quote, as well as what would be needed on the day of the grooming. I sent a follow-up message on 17th December 2025 to confirm if they'll be coming on the 22nd December 2025, because they never got back to me since 29 November 2025. Till today, I have not received any response/apology from them, expect an auto-reply. Very disappointing how you handle new customers/prospects, especially because you were recommended by word-of-mouth by a family friend.

I would highly recommend Top Dog Groomers for your pets! From the moment I first saw them, I could instantly feel the confidence and genuine love they have for animals. My pets were in great hands — definitely a 5 out of 5 experience! Thank you Sibongile and Jabu

I absolutely loved their service. I moved into an area which one would typically think dog grooming services didn't exist yet alone good service. My worries melted . Their passion for what they do really gives great service. I'd recommend them to any pet mom's.
