I was there today to find out if they have space for my doggy. I was just in the process of getting my daughter out of her car seat and one of the ladies was so extremely rude to me and told me without greeting me with no friendly space that they don't have time for me today as they are full. She was so extremely rude and if you treat me like that I WILL NEVER LET YOU EVEN TOUCH MY DOG. I am highly disgusted by the poor level of service of treating potential clients with such a blunt and rude personality. Doggy Chat I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE SUPPORT YOU AGAIN
Always great service. My fur babies are well taken care of.
My two Yorkies came back from a groomer for the first time, not cowering, tails wagging having the zoomies the minute we got home. Fabulous job. I am grateful.
Dyna with her friendly and professional animal-loving crew at Doggy Chat is the best! I have 2 Labradors who get fits but I happily drop them off for their seasonal shaves as I know they will take even better care of them than I would. My dogs get so excited when they realise they are visiting Doggy Chat - they just love the attention they get when visiting. 🐾
My fur child had been going to Doggy Chat for years, I then moved to Benoni, and tried a new parlour. My doggie hated it, and I now take a early drive to Springs once a month, were I know my pet will be treated properly and get the best cut in town. The best parlour aroung, they love all the pets like they own.
Great service, and my pet always looks prestine after a day of grooming and my pets love this place
My dog gets the treatment and love he desires.. And he looks to beautiful every time he comes home
