Super impressed with the service I received at Zimzala. Tania and her team are professional and gentle - they made our dogs feel calm and at ease. The runs are spacious (and even have an outside grass area) so our dogs could relax and roam around before their groom - and not be kept in a cramped cage, as we've experienced at previous groomers. This is a super smooth operation and one can see from the onset that they have dog's best interests at heart. Bonita patiently groomed our one badly matted dog. We took our dogs in separately and on both occasions I arrived to wagging tails. Thank you to the team for turning a groom into a positive experience for our two dogs - you have two new fur-supporters!

Our first time using Zimzala and what a pleasure! They were timeous and did an awesome job with our dog. They listened to exactly what we wanted and made suggestions on what would work best with our dog. They treated the dog beautifully and we picked him up happy, relaxed and looking fantastic! Would highly recommend!
