Amazing service by the team, Lucy was great with all communication and updates. Prior to pup’s flight the team made him feel comfortable and gave him some extra play time. Highly recommend!
Very friendly and helpful, caring towards cats, on time
Excellent service.
I recently used Animal Travel Services to transport my furbaby Bailey from Johannesburg to Cape Town. The process was so easy and painless. Thank you Nick for that. Reassurances all the way , information regarding the entire process was provided. Dave from the Joburg branch contacted me to ensure all was in order and what I should do when I get there. The premises in Joburg was so beautiful , Bailey loved it and took to Dave immediately ( your dog knows good people ) In Cape Town , Nick , his brother and 2 other staff members were there to hand an over excited Bailey to me , she didn’t appear stressed, she must have experienced some anxiety I’m sure. , not because of the staff but because of this new experience. Thank you to all the staff of Animal Travel Services. Highly Recommended 10/10 🥰
