Biddulphs International - Pietermaritzburg

Exceptional service. Very clear and concise in explanation of every step of the moving process. The team that came in to pack everything up were strategic and worked so well together. They packed up my 3 bedroom home quickly and efficiently. Everyone was really polite and friendly yet respectful. Well done Biddulphs. Keep up the excellent service!

From the moment I requested a quote, the service I received was exceptional. Up to the delivery of my products, the crew remained in constant communication. In addition, the cost of having my stuff removed was reasonable. I think Biddulphs International did a fantastic job. Any day, I can suggest it to anyone.

Shanel Naido was brilliant in helping us move in December 2024 to Waterfall Village. I was having to orchestrate the move from another country for my Mom and needed assurance that everything was running smoothly. The team arrived on the day and worked hard on a warm day. I gave them drinks and some snacks as it was hard work with the heat. After my Moms first meeting with Shanel, my mother was determined we do not use anyone else. Shanel was patient and kind when she came over to do the measurements, very professional and understanding as my Mom was 82 at the time and her memory not that good. Thank you Shanel and the rest of the team for keeping our minds at rest and a massive move for my Mom at 82 years old, now 83 🙂

Many thanks to the Pietermaritzburg Biddulphs Team for a smooth, painless, packing and removal of my house contents. I didn't even consider approaching another Removal Company, as I have always held Biddulphs in high regard. You didn't let me down. Once again, many thanks to Anitha in the office, and to the Team that came to my house.

As most of know that moving house and relocating is a very stressful task. Shanel from Pietermaritzburg branch was absolutely amazing and very understanding when it came to inventory listing and changes, from collection to delivery things ran like clockwork and the guys knew what they were doing when it came to packing valuable items of furniture. Kyanesile the driver and his team were super friendly and off loaded like pros, not one item damaged. If you are looking for a reliable and affordable moving company Biddulphs are the people to contact

Best service ever!! I was moved last month by the Pietermaritzburg team. assisted by Shanel, such patience and professionalism. Biddulphs PMB team made what was such a hectic time, so much easier. From response time, to clearing out information I didn't understand from the time I quoted and even after the move. Even though one item demaged still soring out insurance and all, I still give yall a woooping 5. Mainly because I did a few quotes with other companies, I was frustrated by a few, I hate long paper work. Biddulphs came did the quote themselves.. And took me step by step.

I was impressed with all aspects of the move. From the lady who did the assessment to the packers and office staff. This was an extremely stressfully time in our lives and the Biddulphs team did a great job. Thanks again
