Customer Reviews
QPET has a rating of 3.9 out of 5 based on over 11 reviews on Google
Received such amazing service from a young lady Zarine today, had to commend Qpet on their exeptional service. Such a patient, kind well mannered sales lady. I was even offered water because it was hot and was assisted so quickly. Would definitely recommend.
If I could give them a less rating I would. No one calls back when you leave a message. That is if someone actually takes your call in the first place. Then 2 days later you have to chase up with them for your quote. Clearly they are too big and don't actually care bout small business.
Best bottle, jar and closure manufacture.easy to locate and delivers on time👌
The Sales department never answers the phone. It is very disheartening.
Great service and quality products.
Best plastic bottle company ever.
