not only does the shop not stock a variety of things that you need due to it's size, but it is not worth shopping there due to the staff. Staff are always chatting to each other, never offer to help and when you ask them to help you, they battle to understand your request and battle in English (which is supposed to be the universal business language) Staff never know where things are, what you are looking for and really have no customer service. I would rather drive another 10 minutes further to go to the same shop at New Market Square where the service is amazing!! TIME TO IMPROVE CHECKERS!!! CLIENTS ARE NOT GOING TO SUPPORT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVING EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED TO DO A JOB, BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING WHAT IS EXPECTED OF THEM! Give jobs to people who are desperate and would appreciate their jobs and offer expected customer service! Do not offer jobs to staff who are UNGRATEFUL! Look at your cameras, you will see what I am on about!
My only gripe with Petshop Science is the shops are all small and don't stock the same items, so I'm left driving around, and they are all so far from each other
The store is very clean and the staff is humble and helpful. Definitely a store to visit when you're looking for pet food etc..
