I had to take my kitten to the vet on a Sunday, they were very helpful and very friendly. Took the time to answer my questions and help me with anything. Took my kitten for shots and they were very gentle with him and gave him lots of love. Would recommend!!
Staff is very friendly. The service and advice is excellent. Prices are also good. Highly recommended the for their top-tier service!
Absolutely amazing service! The team is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. There aren’t many animal clinics that offer this level of care and hospitality. They truly look after our pets as if they were their own and always take the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommended!
Will never in my life take any animal/pet/furry child to these people again. completely over charged for a simple treatment and even more so for medication that was not even needed at all. i will not recommend this Vet to any one and honestly speaking there are far better vets less than 6km from them. Please do know i openly refer people to take their loved ones to a Vet that does not just want your money but actually cares for you and you fury family!
You give credit where credit is due, last night was the second time we had to get hold of a vet afterhours and that is not a easy task except if you phone Bayswater animal clinic. Both times we were helped by Angelique and Jason, and what can we say but thank you, kind hearted and caring people. Thank you for being there when people and fur babies need you. You guys are unsung hero's
