Langenhovenpark Animal Clinic

Its was a nice outing. Your own little fur child community in that waiting room.

My 3 week old kitten was taking to the clinic for a check up on Sunday. On Wednesday morning at around 00:00 our kitten started to make strange noises and seemed very weak. As a result we attempted to contact the clinic's emergency number numerous times and even left WhatsApp message as this was clearly an emergency! Why have an emergency number if you don't answer or respond??? Our kitten died as a result.

Great service and Great vets for all your animals needs.

Our puppy had an emergency medical issue on Sunday before opening hours but the doctor met us at the office and was kind and reassuring. When we returned to collect our pup the office was open for the day and the receptionist had arrived, in an extremely foul mood, she spoke to my mother very rudely and left my mom feeling humiliated in front of other patients and their owners. Whether it was due to the fact that she had to work on a Sunday or some other reason the interaction left my mom feeling terrible. We would have preferred our puppy to not need any emergency treatment on a Sunday or any other day. If kindness is too much to ask a bit of professionalism would have gone a long way.

Incorrectly diagnosed my dogs for three months. Took her to another vet and received the correct diagnosis, now I am able to treat her properly. She suffered for 3 months. Also poor after hour service.

The staff and Vetenerian were so helpful, friendly, and thorough. They set themselves apart, and if you have a Schnauzer, you're part of the family.

The staff loves animals! They took great care of my older doggy when he needed treatment. Dr Henry explained all procedures done and made me feel at ease. I recommend this vet clinic.
