Woolworths Loch Logan Bloem

I went to Woolworths Loch Logan today to try get clarification on a handbag I bought on laybye in December. The bag looks like I have had it for 2 years and the handles are broken and look ugly. One of the ladies name was Pulane and she didn’t even seem interested in helping. I had to pull out bank statements and my W card to prove I had bought from the store because I didn’t have a physical slip. After all that admin I was told the bag was being sold in 2023 so I don’t know the relevance in that as I have proof it was bought in 2024 December so they can’t help. I am so sad and disappointed I just wanted any help because the bag is beautiful and strong but the handles are just badly damaged because it’s not even being used every day.

I am a total Woolies fan but today's customer service @ Loch Logan disappointed me so much. I was browsing for a suit. Everyone on the floor was enjoying the public holiday so much that they didn't offer help. When I asked for help, I received a very reluctant 'I am coming'. A few minutes later another lady came. This lady didn't understand at all that the suit jacket and pants are not the same shade of navy and instead of trying to find matching pants for the jacket that I wanted to buy, she tried to convince me that both items are navy and they match. I left the shop and purchased a suit at Truworths. Well done on losing a sale today. You guys did great.

The service was top tier and I got everything that I needed. The store is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

From the security guard at the door to the staff. You are all so pleasant and friendly. It makes shopping here an absolute delight! I even asked one of the ladies to give me the pants of the doll because that was the only one left in my size. She did it with a smile. Thank you for being the friendliest, most helpful store. You will see me again and again and again….

Not enough tills open, stand in line for more than 10 min. Use other Ww ,

This Woolworths has an awesome cafe with good food, good coffee and very friendly service. The egg was perfectly poached, poached not coddled.

They have a Food market (woolies food) that has a HALAAL section. There was a variety of meats and sausages but the fridge itself is very empty.
