The store is always organized 👌👌👌Satisfaction is the most popular choice to describe great customer service. The staff is very very nice and helpful. Ohhh the security man at the door he's a sweetheart, always greeting with a smile. Big ups to the cleaners the store is always clean, maintaining a good hygiene.

Clicks Botshabelo Mall is always my no.1, the way I was so loyal to this storr you'd swear I has shares with them. My household essentials we buy them in Bloemfontein, but my kids food and nappies we support this store on monthly basis. The cashiers always displays a great service, but today I am so disappointed with the attitude we received from Mamello Mokhethi as shown in the till slip. That lady could not even greet us, the way she talked to us I will rate her 1 out of 10 scale. She failed customer care, she was so grumpy whoever made her like that I blame. At 10:22 its still in the morning for someone to behave that way, why did she go to work if she nolonger loved her job. Please talk to your employee to change the way how she treated people or remove her to the front, she is failing to represent your face, store room is the best place for her not even floor can suit her.

These lovely employees know what customer service is!! Great customer service from the manager and the security gentleman at the door. Was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the door and was assisted efficiently by the manager. Compliments to the team 🥂🥂

Very disappointed with your pharmacist who assisted me. I had to pay a co payment of about R300 when my medication was approved by my medical aid and previously I had never had to pay such. I decided to go to another clicks and I was told that I wasn’t supposed to pay that amount, the previous pharmacist made a mistake with the dosage hence I paid the co payment. Imagine 🤦🏽‍♀️ he gave me a higher dosage hence I have been fainting so much🚮

Staff there by pharmacy very rude and do not have sense of urgency

Im highly disappointed that i have to travel to another ENTIRE TOWN to get Clinical assistance, where as there’s a Clicks right by my doorstep? There’s about 2 if not more Clicks clinics in a single neighbourhood in some cities offering Clinical services without 1 having to drive to a WHOLE other town to get assistance. Now a whole Town doesnt have clicks clinic? This is next level of disregard for the ppl of this town. Honestly
