Debonairs Pizza Botshabelo Mall

Bad,I ordered for delivery and they did not deliver,I had to go get the food myself because I had already paid mind you I even paid for delivery

We ordered at 17h00.We received our pizza after an hour yet when we called they said 15 to 20 minutes. They could have been honest with us and told us that they have many orders....which was going to influence our decision. We could have been in Maseru by now.

I'm not happy at all. I have always ordered online and my orders were delivered without any struggle. Now today when I try to Oder online, when I put my address is says the address is too far for delivery. Since when is it far? I'm not happy Debonairs.

Horrible horrible horrible, there's something the staff is not doing right there's no way. You always have to wait hours for your order n I mean hours...they take out three orders after 45 mins😭nooo

My husband ordered telephonically at 16h10 today. I'm here now and our oder has not been made. Literally no pizza made as yet. Almost an hour later. Mind you we are not botshabelo residents. We are passing through. Debonair Botshabelo must close shop, period!. A year and a half later the service is still appalling to say the least.

So this was a bad experience. We just bought two Large triple decker pizzas and oh my oh my.......it was more of dough, 1 tomato, a splash of sweet chilli sauce, a sprinkle of mushrooms, and no chicken...My family and I are very disappointed at this...so much for an "AMAZING experience"..... TOTAL FLOP. We even took a picture of this NO FILLING, TOO SWEET, and DRY round bread with triangles.

There is one boy i asked him why they didnt answer the phone,as even their agents tried referring me to this restraunt,he then proceeded to tell me he didnt hear it,and i said thats not an excuse,he then stated that he is not responsible for the phone,i asked who it was and i didnt get a definitive answer,then he also like to make the swipe machine not work,just so they dont take any more orders,and only helps those with cash in hand,im not happh with this place 100%,especially when this boy works there,ps,im here right noe and the temperature outside is 9 degrees,but the ventillation system is even colder than outside,i am freezing right now
