Game Carnival Mall

I went there to buy a TV WOW what an excellent service from Jacob he explains every single step of the way to use the functions of the TV.i ended up buying additional product. He opened the TV box to show me that is not damaged he went extra mile. The other lady was passing by when Jacob was taking me step by step on operating the TV. Guess what she ended up buying the same TV .Jacob you deserve a promotion.

I had to return an appliance coz it stop working after 60 days. The guy I spoke to asked me to come only yo find he left without informing anybody that i was coming. However a lady by the name of PORTIA listened and helped me more than I expected. Well done Portia for the splendid well done job at customer service. You truly know how to wow ur customers especially cos u were throwned in the deep end for this. Thank you I appreciate you. It's a 💯

I was at Game yesterday (25/10/25), and I can really see the improvement! The product selection is better, the layout is more organized, and the store looks much cleaner. The staff actually greet customers now, which makes the service feel much more welcoming. The only issue is that the till points are still extremely slow — but overall, it’s a big step up from before!

The service at this place is pathetic. First I get an SMS on Saturday afternoon saying that my couch will be delivered on Sunday. After waiting till midday on Sunday I decided to call them, after several attempts they answered. Only to tell me that the SMS was sent in error and that the delivery team does not work on Sundays. It's now Monday at 15:40 and I'm still waiting for the couch. I decide to call them, after several attempts a lady answers. I explain to her that I am waiting for a delivery and may I give her my order number. Her response was "no you can't give me your order number" and then stays silent with out explaining why she can't help me. I asked can anybody there help me with my couch delivery? Her response was "I don't know". Eventually she put me through to the furniture division where they answer the phone and then proceeded to put it down in my ear immediately after answering. Now I have tried 7 times to call back and there is no answer. I'm so frustrated, I really don't like game at carnival mall.

Game Store at Carnival Mall is up there with any other good store and typically tries to make a shopping experience as one stop as possible. This store provides a wide range of merchandise at comparatively good prices. Anything from school stationary to groceries, cellphones, TV's, sports equipment, garden supplies to office furniture and appliances. An in-store finance is also available for those pricier items. The staff is always helpful and polite.

Poor service.. I bought furniture on Sunday and they promised to deliver after 3 days, it’s Friday today and they are busy wasting my airtime, telling me stories. I’m so frustrated because I’m wasting money on takeaways because I can’t bye meat.

Sometimes the staff are rude but most of the time they are very nice and helpful. The facility is neat and clean and most of the appliances are good quality. So all and all great place, would recommend the place
