I enquired about Inca tools batteries. The gentleman at the Inca section was friendly and helpfull. He took time to explain the different types of batteries although it was just before closing.
Helpful staff with almost everything you would need for your DIY products.
Very disappointed, i paid for 19mm stone 2 bags full, i only got a 1/4 of bag of stones, workers was also really rude to me, I will rather drive of my way to Build it for anything next time, won't see my money again

Stuff and lovely and friendly. Thou had to wait for them at the paint side, if you see a customer waiting you have to go ask if they OK not just pass them.
