The friendly and helpful staff at this branch is phenomenal. My 6 month old puppy was just gulping his food during feeds, it was suggested I buy a slow feeder bowl. Tried and tested and it works. Thankyou, you are a gem in Durbanville.
This store has the kindness staff, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I love getting my doggie treats here and anything else like chew toys, winter jerseys, shampoo, tick and flee medicine. Dogs beds. They obviously cater for cats too but I mostly go for dog supplies.
An elderly staff member had an extremely bad attitude and displayed unnecessary sass for absolutely no reason at all. You’re not being helpful, just let customers browse in peace. I definitely won’t be supporting this branch!
What started out as a pleasant experience; ended up very poorly. I left with a substandard product, that I can't use. I will not be supporting this branch, in fact, I will not step foot in another Absolute Pets franchise again! Been put off for life!
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Always have a nice chat together with all the advice needed to keep our pets happy and healthy.
Absolute Pets, Aurora, Durbanville is great. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistants, wide range of products and pet treats. I won't shop anywhere else for my pets.
