**Review:** I recently visited this pet shop and had a highly disappointing experience. The one star I'm giving is solely because of the quality products they offer. The lady working there provided horrendous customer service. She seemed almost eager to be done with me, and I caught her rolling her eyes twice at her co-worker just because I was asking questions. It's a shame that such great products are overshadowed by such poor customer service.

what a disappointing experience at this store this weekend. honestly. haven’t been here in a while and popped in again. taz assisted me and seemed very irritated that i was simply asking questions. she seemed as if she could not wait for me to leave. i left purchasing nothing simply because of her attitude. and what happened to professionalism and caring for your appearance? i don’t think it is appropriate to have messy hair and a septum piercing while working.

It was not very pleasant experience at the shop this morning, it is not generally the case but it felt unwelcoming to the store. As a customer we need a welcoming vibe, some gentle smile. These are the most basic ethics for any retail stores, sadly this morning I felt terrible. I might think again about going inside this particular store

This store has become my total weakness since I got my little cocker spaniel☺️ If you are looking for a "pet shop" with staff who are knowledgeable and friendly, who genuinely care about your fur baby and their needs then look no further. These guys have answered all my questions and always have an alternative when it comes to spend and product quality. I always spend at least an hour chatting and sharing about my pups concerns and they seem to listen carefully and offer sound advice. I commend the staff & owner🙌🏼

My daughter and I went shopping this morning, 19 July 2021, for her little furry friend which we adopted over the weekend. The young man who assisted us this morning, was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable on all the various items/product that they stock. He is a brilliant salesperson - we ended up purchasing more items that was on our original doggy shopping list. What I really appreciated was his after sales service, he took time out and called us (as he promised) to find out how our little puppy is settling in. With all the excitement, it slipped my mind to ask his name, and I'm sorry for that. We will definitely be making regular purchases at Absolute Pets. Thank you once again for the amazing service we've received this morning.
