I phoned beforehand to see if they had stock of the dog food I wanted. The lady that assisted me was so helpful and friendly. She kept the food aside for me. 2 minutes I was in and out! Pity I didn’t get her name. Will definitely be back.

I came in a couple weeks ago to get some pet food for my cat, I normally pop in every 2 weeks, I spoke to what I think was the manager and he seemed rather abrupt and rude. I thought he might just appear that way until I saw him leap to the next customer with the friendliest approach. It's quite shocking since my total was nearly R1000, and I spend this every 2 weeks. He seemed quite upset I was even in the store. I have no idea what his problem was considering I had never interacted with him before.

I'm very disappointed. The owner is taking the Groomers away don't understand. The best I spoke to Paul today and asked him for a petition with all the clients signing. I only trust them. Friendly and helpful staff, decent loyalty programme and conveniently located. I also received an email reply within minutes from their online store enquiring about the Catit Senses toy which they arranged for me to collect in Sea Point the next day. Brilliant service, keep it up.
