Absolute Pets Pinehurst Centre

I took my Yorkie in for a summer cut (this was not his first summer cut), and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. His hair was cut completely off, to the point where his skin is visible. There is no Yorkie round face at all—his face was fully shaved with no trace of facial hair, which is not appropriate for the breed. You can literally see his red skin when he stretches, which is very concerning and uncomfortable for him. This is far from what I requested or what is considered a standard Yorkie summer cut. I expected professional grooming and breed-appropriate styling, but unfortunately that was not delivered. I would not recommend this service for Yorkie owners who care about proper grooming and coat care.

Friendly staff to Liam, Michelle, Jackson and I think Thulani! They all go the extra mile. Jackson (Groomer) is awesome with animals. He already knows when my Border Collie (going to Jackson for over 8 years already) comes in there what must be done. Jackson is one in a million. Thank you for always been there and the staff that is on top of things. Keep up the good work!

What a pleasure visiting Absolute Pets Pinehurst. Liam took the time to provide some tips on what could be done to keep my Labrador’s occupied in terms of products and how to use it and the benefits thereof. And also shared some experiences of his fur baby. Great and efficient service! I will be back and definitely recommend to all.

Fantastic Service, very helpfull and friendly staff. Our Dog looks stunning! Thanx Jackson

Although I regularly shop at Absolute Pets, it’s usually a quick in & out for the dog treats and food. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Pinehurst location offered grooming services, too. I booked my two Dachshunds in at very short notice and they were able to accommodate to us. Needless to say I collected two very happy, very clean dogs just over an hour after dropping them off. My older male has suffered from deathly dog-breath for quite a while and so we opted for the teeth-cleaning. I cannot believe how much better this breath is, it’s made a huge difference. Bonus points for it being so reasonably priced, much cheaper than I expected and the dogs enjoy the short drive over.

I bring my dogs in monthly for their grooming and it’s always such pleasant experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I want to commend Polani the groomer and the whole team at Absolute Pets - our experience there is always 5 star. We have a Cocker Spaniel that always receives a warm welcome. Polani has built a lovely relationship with him, and he looks stunning each time, tail wagging and on a cloud. Thank you for your excellent service!
