I purchased dog food from this store on Saturday, only to later realize it had expired. I returned the food the following day, and when I checked the shelves, I noticed that multiple bags of dog food were expired. This is extremely concerning. Pet owners trust stores to sell safe, properly dated products. Selling expired pet food can seriously harm animals, and this situation should never have happened. I strongly urge the staff to double-check all stock and ensure expired products are removed from the shelves immediately. Very disappointed with this experience.

The place was very well stocked, clean and the fish section was maintained well. I will definitely be going again as they have such a great variety of everything! I NEED MORE STUFF!

I was surprisingly happy with this shop. Surprised since it is one of the lesser known fish shops in Cape Town. There was a good fish selection. Like 8 different kinds of shrimp. wow. The people that work there are very informative, answering any questions we had. I am so happy with how they keep their betas, in a warm 35l tank. They have fish and fish equipment at a good standard price and a big range. Even moving into out of the water animal equipment. Seen with with equipment for rodents and rodents. Very happy with this shop will be back soon and a lot.

I have more than 30 years of solid tropical aquarium skills. I like this place. Great value, great variety, clean healthy tanks. Most tanks even have a healthy plant or two. Can recommend.

Such friendly service! If you are a fish lover, this store will be one you want to visit. Can feel the great service throughout the store, always someone asking if they can help. They sell all sorts of animal feed and are really decently priced. A gem to find such a store.
