I’m really glad Google reminded me about this little store. I popped in one day while I was in the area; it’s not my local store. My cat had just passed away and I was clearly not okay. The cashier noticed immediately and showed me such genuine kindness and empathy. She spoke to me as a person, not just a customer, and even shared a bit of her own experience.It went far beyond customer service. I left feeling lighter and heard, and honestly very grateful. I didn’t get her name, but she had dark hair, a darker complexion, and was well presented. I hope she knows how much she helped me during a really difficult moment.
Dear Owner I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at your store today 11 February 2026 at 6.30pm I visited your store with my three year old daughter. While I was at the counter paying for our purchases, my daughter placed a few toys on the counter. The employee assisting us, a young white female staff member, responded in a manner that I found rude and unprofessional. She insisted that my daughter should return the toys to their original location, despite my explanation that a three-year-old may not understand where to put them back. Her approach was dismissive and, frankly, disappointing as I can't believe she would talk to your clients in such a way. She kept on saying that my daughter could take the toys so surely she can put them back also. I offer to put the toys back myself but another staff member present jumped in and was courteous and understanding and said don't worry she will do it for me, which highlighted the discrepancy in customer service. Your employees are a direct reflection of your store’s image and values. The way customers are treated should not be taken lightly, especially when families and young children are involved. Experiences like this damage customer trust and your business reputation. I was a loyal supporter spending atleast R2500pm at your store but due to this negative experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to your store and will instead choose to shop elsewhere to avoid any future discomfort. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The three ladies there tonight are the best staff I’ve ever come across in a vet shop. They were friendly, helpful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve visited a few times before work in the mornings, but tonight’s experience was by far the best service I’ve received.
I'm really disgusted with the treatment by one staff member. I purchased a spot on treatment for my cat and was given the wrong dosage (luckily I checked before using). I went back a few days later hoping to simply exchange for the correct dosage and was told that they do not do exchanges on pharmaceuticals? Worst is she gave me the wrong dosage because they didn't have the correct one in stock and didn't say a word to me. No resolution she actually argued with me when I went back.
Friendly and efficient service from knowledgeable staff. My 11 year old kitty had been having stomach issues for months and they recommended Royal Canin Sensible. She’s looking and feeling amazing! Best thing ever! Now all 3 my kitties are on it. Thanks Team.
This shop has literally saved my dog’s life! They stock a brand of food that she will actually eat. Each member of staff is so courteous, friendly, and helpful that one feels like visiting friends when you enter the door. They will source what one needs, and then go to the trouble of contacting you to tell you that the stock has arrived. The staff is also knowledgeable, and can make valid suggestions. It sounds silly to say this, but I love going there!
