God Bless, and the good people of this wonderful place. I hope you are keen to visit them because they offer great service and a wide range of products and expertise. I have always had the pleasure of receiving top tier service and am really moved to Mention the helpful young lady in the aquarium section.

Lovely shop with almost everything you could need. The shop owner is very knowledgeable.

Perhaps the only place in Cape Town supplying exotic pet supplies. A bit pricey but Lovely Staff, Store venue is just a house but it’s not too bad. Do wish it was more central though. Thanks for my spider peat.

I'll never buy from this shop again. The woman who assisted us on Sunday, 11 April 2021, helped us find a blue aquarium globe/light, and I decided to take it per the price it was marked at, R175. She then took it to the counter, and marked up the price by R120 to R295 – without saying a word. Since I bought several items, I only realised when I got home. Unethical and dishonest behaviour.

The new location is well presented, neat and well stocked. It's a substantial improvement over the previous store. Pricing is very reasonable and they have everything an aquarist could need. Most of all, I am very fond of the staff, particularly the lady who runs the store. She's so friendly, accommodating and humble. Always a pleasure doing business with her and I will certainly continue to support them. I hope that the rest of our community does the same.

Patrick is the best! He is friendly, super knowledgeable and always helpful and offers valuable advice for any weird and wonderful question I might have. They offer a wide range of products so I can go to one store for all my animals, from dogs to axolotls.
