Elgin Free Range Chicken Sandbaai specialises in frozen free range chicken. It’s not a big store, but your taste buds could easily see you spending much more here than you intend – try the spicy wings and espetada, and yes, you’re welcome. The quality of a high standard, and service was good. There is a small parking area that’s free.

We buy your chicken here every 2 months .Your staff are absolutely wonderful. They welcome at the door and are very helpful and efficient. This store is also always well stocked

My son was weaning and we were trying to find foods he likes. My wife got him some chicken nuggets from the grocery store and he ate them. I told her we should get higher quality chicken if he is going to be eating them. I got a box of nuggets from Elgin FRC, hoping that they would be worth the investment. My wife tasted one and said "oh my! There really is a difference!" We eat the nuggets with my son and I make sauces for ours. We have been buying a box every other month now for a year. The quality is worth it. The convenience of the store being only a few blocks away, with easy parking, and friendly service makes it so easy to pop in and get what we need.

The quality of these products are outstanding but I really do feel like I need to mention something about the customer service. As soon as I got out of my car I had a lovely gentleman grab a trolley for me and wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe. I was greeted with the warmest smile and was asked if I needed help with anything. Checkout was efficient as there was another lovely man scanning all my items and placing it in a bag. I was then followed to my car and sent on my merry way - me grinning from ear to ear. Great customer service goes a very long way and these gents set the tone for my entire day! Thank you!🙏🏽

He is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful no matter how busy the store gets. He remembers his customers and knows exactly what they need - all I have to do is arrive, tell him how many boxes of chicken wings I want, and by the time I’m done paying, it’s already in my car.
