Everything here has more markup than any other petshop, always a R15 or more for anything but go to another petshop and the item is less, I'm desperate if I go here as I know I'll pay more for whatever I purchase after pricing it somewhere else which is sad because it's like extorting people who are desperate already and can't go far.

I bought a parrot cage and it got delivered without the top. This cage was very expensive. It turns out that the cage was not secure on the delivery vehicle and the top blew off. . The boss did not make any contact with me at all. And I am struggling to get my refund. I am so disappointed as the staff are left not knowing what decision to make and they cannot make it without approval. Good sales person . But kak management

Easy conveniently situated and open until 21h00, has all my furr babies goodies in stock. Always gets a nice treat for my dogs. They have everything in stock does not matter what you have as a pet.

Friendly staff slightly over priced on dog food and charge more for card transactions so go with cash. Trading times is good closes really late , however parking is a issue .

Pets shop is very good You can get it anything for animal items.
