Happy Hounds

Achilles, our Weimaraner, used to always suffer with an upset stomach and allergies. We decided to try Happy Hounds, and have never looked back. He has been eating HH for a number of years now and is thriving! No allergies, upset stomach and he is full of energy. Fresh food is the absolute best for all dogs. We're inspired by Emma, and team: prioritising sustainable farming, fresh produce, and canine health. Thank you for keeping Achilles so healthy! 😉

Happy Hounds is absolutely fantastic. The people are very friendly and were quick to assist me with all my questions. They had so much knowledge, and it helps to know that they care about making a sustainable product. My dogs adore the Ostrich version. They cant get enough!

Happy Hounds absolutely impressed me! This was my first order, and the delivery came way faster than expected. Unfortunately, I wasn't home to receive it. Here's where Happy Hounds truly shines - their customer service was amazing! They effortlessly rescheduled the delivery for the next day, ensuring my precious doggies wouldn't miss out. Speaking of, all 3 of my furbabies absolutely love the food! They gobble it right up. I can't wait to see the positive impact on their health just like other reviewers have mentioned. As a funny side note, my curious cats managed to get into the bag of salmon skins... let's just say they were big fans too! Looks like I need to double up on those next time. Overall, I can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Fantastic customer service & super speedy! ❤️

Spencer Doodle absolutely loves his Happy Hounds meals! We were fortunate to find HH here, coming from the US, where he fed on Farmers Dog food. After quite the search, Happy Hounds delivered and totally exceeded all our expectations.

Amazing team, culture, ethics and service! The absolute best food that you can give your dogs. Go visit them in Woodstock, Cape Town or order some samples online. Your pup will be hooked from the first bite. Emma and her team are passionate about the well-being and health of our pooches, do yourself a favour and test Happy Hounds, your pup will thrive! Thank you for being the best HH team, we love you. Lisa, Meeko and Marley

I have been using Happy Hounds for quite a few months now. My dogs absolutely love the food and their coats are looking amazing! Our rescue dog survived parvo and a bad case of mange leaving his coat looking dull and hard. And now he is healthy and shiny! Today their new branded delivery van pulled up outside my house, looking very smart and despite the miserable weather, Llwanga stepped out with a big smile and friendly greeting. Excellent service and excellent food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy Hounds food is amazing! My pup loves it and I love what it has done for his fur. Before eating Happy Hounds he was itchy and would get hot spots every two to three months and now he had been hot spot free for over a year. The food has done wonders for his coat and my floors (there is hardly any shedding now). An extra bonus is that the owners and staff are delightful people who really care about dogs. We visited recently and my pup got showered with attention.
