The new renovated store is fabulous! Fish section is great - I have a planted tank with Co2 and always had to go faaaaar down south for quality supplies and now it's on my door step. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and I'm super impressed Dogs, cars, reptiles, terrariums, birds and more
Outstanding service! I enquired a few weeks before on their betta stock. Within minutes I received clear videos of all the available fish. None of them catching my eye... Kyle promised to keep in touch should he order the next batch and forwarded me images and I spotted a male that was to my liking. Keep in mind that I was very specific on what I was looking for and what I did not want ever again (dragonscales, doubletails, deltas - all the ones I deemed problematic in terms of health and lifespans). We had set a date on when I would pick up my fish, but I cancelled more than once due to other responsibilities. I was assured that my guy would be kept aside until I am able to make the trip as I do not live close to the area. This was my first time visiting this store, and I was highly impressed with their aquarium set ups. Healthy fish divided into correct systems, as well as clear indications of the species' name and prices. For every freshwater aquarist looking for good rates and healthy livestock, I would highly recommend popping into this store at least once. Kudos to every individual maintaining excellent services at this establishment!
