PET HEAVEN CAPE TOWN : Pet Heaven is the best online ! The price of food is much cheaper as at Vetshops or other online stores. Vetshops do mostly not sell 7 kg Hill's Science catfood. The online experience is quick and easily. The specials are extra good ! Love PET HEAVEN. My cat and I recommend PET HEAVEN.
I am absolutely thrilled with the excellent service I received from Pet Heaven! The quality of the products is top-notch! Weenie looks absolutely fabulous in her new collar, and the bed is so comfy that she can't get enough of it! What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service I received from Pet Heaven. The team was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Pet Heaven to anyone looking for high-quality pet products and outstanding customer service! Thank you, Pet Heaven, for making Weenie's day!!!
Always a lovely experience, wide range of products available, speedy delivery and if there’s any issue - excellent customer support! My cats and me are very satisfied 🐱 P.S. Here’s some photo proof of my cats taking the sweetest naps after a delicious meal!
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received the past few weeks. After FOUR YEARS of being a loyal customer, I expected better. My recent order has been delayed for weeks with no no urgency and no resolution, 3 weeks later i have not received my delivery nor a refund. It’s frustrating to see how little value is placed on long-standing customers.
Buy my dog food on a scheduled every 12 week delivery, always on time. Bought 2 rugby jerseys recently, good quality and my dogs love it. Friendly helpful workers and delivery guys. Very happy with there service🤗
Fantastic service! I ordered a Birthday Celebration Box for Dogs and the order came within days. My doggies were so excited and loved all the gifts and toys. Pet Heaven always has great service and products. I highly recommend.
Easy to order from, great specials on all pet food and packages are delivered extremely quickly! They also have a wide variety of brands including a dog lead and harness brand which I really like - Urban Paws.
