If you’re in Cape Town and looking for proper service for your pets, honestly, you won’t find better than Pet O' Treats. I went there to buy food for my birds, and Yusuf assisted me personally. The way he explained everything which food is good, what suits my birds best, and even giving me options according to my budget that’s real customer service. Not just trying to sell, but actually caring. One thing that really stood out for me I was running a bit late to reach the store, and Yusuf waited for me. In today’s time, who does that? That’s top-class service. In Cape Town, good service is hard to find, but these guys are on another level. Friendly, helpful, and genuine people. Highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets and wants the best for them. Yusuf really appreciate it 🙌🐦

Please update your Google page with the correct operational times as we travel from Belhar to your Ottery store only to find out that the store closed at 14:00 on Saturday, 20 January 2024 instead of at 15:00 as per the times posted. Other than this issue we are very happy with the customer service, the quality of the food and the price at your store.

Best pet food store in Cape Town. Very friendly staff as well. We drive 19km just to buy bird seeds there every time. My husband says it’s worth it as it’s the best quality bird food he have ever bought before (pigeon breeder would know) and its even at a cheaper price. They got food, treats, toys, potty stuff and even meds for all kinds of pets.

My new favourite pet food store. I randomly stopped there one day as it is not that close to my home. The service was simply Amazing and they took time to answer my questions. The owner also asked if I had special products needs which they then ordered and made available on my next visit. I even got a few freebies after a couple visits. Keep Up The Good Work!

Hi, I search you on the internet and the operational hours displayed 8:30am to 3pm. I got their exactly at 2:25pm if you have cameras please check them cause I drove a red Hyundai i20. I am highly dissapointed in this as I do not have the time during the week because of work and I work till 1pm on a Saturday then rush to you guys, only to find you closed! Why?

It's nice and all. I was looking for a 5kg safflower seed and they couldn't provide me with any but they had 1 and 2kg packets on the shelf. For me to buy a 5 kg in that way work out normally to expensive.
