We popped in here looking for raw dog food and the owners were so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's a lovely little store and the customer service is amazing 🙂
Customer service was amazing! Richard was so helpful! He is knowledgeable, friendly and honest and my pup loves the food he recommended. Great service and quality products, highly recommend!
BRILLIANT service i messaged late on Wednesday evening after seeing a friend post on FB how good their service was and they responded on Thursday morning at 08h00 and at 10h30 the groomers were here. Fantastic set up. I have a 16 year old golden retriever and they were so gentle with him and the yorkie loved it. Wld highly recommend
Just went to enquire about dog food that is grain free and fish based. Onele(might be wrong spelling) and Celine were so helpful. Friendly and given good advice. They are an asset to your company.
Great client service. Leigh went the extra mile to source a doggie bed cover from the supplier, that's service for you. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Will certainly return to Oet Plus.
Brilliant service and friendly staff. I get my pet food from them and the staff is always willing to help with any assistance you need. I highly recommend them for your pet food and pet needs.
Extremely poor customer service if you ever want to exchange anything. They refused to exchange an unused dog basket with the tag still on because i didnt have the receipt! Who keeps receipts in this day and age? Also note, do NOT use this shop for any gifts as their policy is exchanges can only be made in 7 days!
