Very well stocked. Staff not very friendly but they do their work. I had to go back to the fish department 4x before I could get help. Extremely under staffed in that section and you can see it in the salesmans face

Bought 6 fish one of them being a Cory and the rest gold white cloud mountain minnows. ALL the minnows died within in hour before I was even done acclimating them. My water parameters and temp were perfect so it leaves me with only one conclusion. Staff at the front desk were uninterested and rude aswell. The staff at the fish section were great though. This is why we buy from McMerwe.

My husband just had a very annoying experience there. The lady in front was very unhelpful and she had a rude attitude! Our fur babies had some of their teeth extracted and they are still in pain. All he wanted was over the counter pain meds for them to help soothe their pain. The lady was really not interested in helping him. We wil not be going back there again!

Tanya is fantastic and even offered to allow my little girl an opportunity teach my daughter and I how to prepare and look after a new born bird. This level of service is so rare and she is an absolute gem. The store is always welcoming and extremely neat and tidy

I was so in awe of this place when I went in. It's so big and has tons selections for every pet you might have. I love the variety and was pleasantly surprised to see that they even have a groomers and vet inside the store as well. Staff were friendly and offered assistance. Definitely an exciting store and they have fish, rabbits, reptiles, birds and mice in store as well.

Horrible service, went in hoping to buy some fish and wanted to explore other options. Somerset west will get my money rather ! If you want to be noticed go to Somerset they are wonderful!

What an amazing store. The kids was super excited and they had everything you could ever need no matter what animal you have. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
