Suspected unethical mouse breeders. I had to put down the beautiful pet mouse I adopted from here after owning him for only 6 months due to an autoimmune disease that is a result of poor breeding. You cannot imagine his pain or mine in losing him. The financial strain has also been significant. Please source your animals from proper breeders and rescue centres.

Amazing store, and the staff are great. The animals are so well looked after, all their tanks, furry pets homes are kept in such great condition. Neat and tidy shelves, will definitely be back. My fur babies loved their treats, and new winter jacket

Friendly staff. Good variety of products presented very neatly and organised. I also appreciate that they have proper, specific cages for different small animals like hamsters, mice, rats, rabbits etc, as opposed to just generic bird cages and hamster cages. They also keep animals like rats and mice intended for pets, and not for snake food.

Very pricey. The janitor also seemed to be quite rude to the poor Cockatoo for dirtying his cage soon after she'd cleaned it out. I would also have appreciated it if there were more staff members on the floor to answer questions (I ended up having to ask the cashier). Good variety of pet accessories, cages and food, though.

Find most pet accessories and the pet food is competitive. The kiddies loves watching the fish, 🦎 reptiles and occasionally r🐇bits..The Staff are always helpful when looking for something 🧸 particularly.

We did not go to the Petworld. We went to the Chinese Supermarket. They have a variety of fresh, frozen and all types of spices. Friendly staff and clean place. Recommend anyone looking for anything different to normal Supermarket.

Stay away, I was in search of a high quality bed I got pushed to a brand called Huntlea where the "dog expert" told me a brand Huntlea as it’s according to him indestructible they claimed a bed to be the best high quality riptec material?
