I started using this brand last year and initially I was impressed. Food was delivered within 24 hours. The packaging was neat and the product was fully frozen. The content of each also smelled fresh. The last couple of months delivery was an absolute hassle from the Cape Town branch. I have more than once received partially thawed product or just no delivery or delivery via an Uber driver. Some products after being fully thawed inflated like a balloon and smelled terrible. The same products we previously purchased has never smelled the same since October/November last year, it is absolutely foul. Even the fermented veggies smell off. Since there is no BB date or SB date you never know how old the stuff is you are getting. Some of the bags looked so haggard and filthy with product leaking out while thawing that I can only assume it is old stock. Our dogs feces also changed end of last year and became crumbly and dry. They also never had stock available since last year October. Go and look at their website. Fermented veggies out of stock...again, amongs so many other things. It is difficult to replenish stock when they have nothing available to purchase. I wish this place stayed as dependable as September last year and that their products smelled and looked the same as what I originally bought but I can't imagine what you put in your lamb meat to make us gag and our dogs walk away. Unfortunately I had to switch brands because of this.

Great service!, The packaging is so convenient and easy to use when it comes to portioning and feeding your pets, especially their patties, that idea IMO, is one of those "best thing since sliced bread" ideas!!. Quality food as well as great meal additives available!! Highly recommend!!, especially for those pet owners (like i was) who are interested in moving over from kibble to Raw but have no clue on what, where, and how to go about it. Give the team at Rawvolution Cape Town a try - you will not be sorry - it's really that easy!!!!

Would rather buy from a company that has good reviews and ratings and most importantly, good customer service. Definitely not this one. People who say one thing and do another, basically going back on their word. Wish I had recorded the telephone conversation I had with them!

Edited: So I never received any feedback from RawVolution like they said below. My problem is that the lady in CT knows there is TRIPE in that food and that Tripe stinks, any person that has anything to do with cats and cat food KNOWS that cats are different to dogs and they do not eat tripe or anything that stinks. That is a big NO NO for cats so how on earth can she suggest that to me? I wasted R500! She could have just said I will let you know when we get cat food in... Unbelievable. This is the second time you messed up my order. I had to beg for you guys to refund me when you sent me the wrong food a few months ago. ------------------- 1st Message: You sent me dog food for my cat and it stinks 😩 she will NEVER eat that.. 🤢 please get back to me. My freezer is bursting and I would like you to collect it. I am not getting any response via email or WhatsApp. I spend nearly R500 on this.
