Friendly knowledgeable staff! Really great prices. I only buy my pet supplies from them. Also recently, my granny bought 2 little budgies from SA Grainfeed. What beautiful little things they are! Highly recommend!
Bad customer service. They don’t greet. They don’t care if you find what you’re looking for. They gave me the wrong bird. They asked for my contact details so they could send me instructions on caring for the bird, and they never sent me anything. No communication, no instructions, nothing. 1 star is a generous rating. I would give -5 if I could.

Very band customer service!! I've visit the store 3 times and each time the experience was disappointing. The employees are consistently rude and frequently fail to greet customers. They act patronising and treat me as though I don't know what I'm doing when I ask them questions. I feel unwelcome because of their arrogant attitude. Regretfully, their poor service surpasses all else, and I will not be going again.😤😡
Equality of the poultry mix went down and complain about it and nobody did anything about it that means book quality and you pay a lot of money for it we spent 5 to 6,000 a month and there's no response that means it's book quality something need to be done about dream mix
What an absolutely amazing place! The cockatiels are allowed to roam freely out of their cages and are so well behaved and trained. Got myself a beautiful Pearl mutation today and she was so loving. They take excellent care on their animals and give them constant attention. Service was great and employees super kind. Will continue to support this place for all my bird needs!
