The online shopping experience was easy and efficient. Siya was super-helpful when I called before I placed my order. They didn't have the colour and size Sealy pet bed I wanted in stock, but he promised to order it and have it available for collection at their premises within 2 days. This process was efficient, and as I chose a delivery option rather than drive out to collect it, delivered to me on the third business day after placing my order. My puppy will grow into this bed, and he loves it. It is wonderful to support TEARS by shopping online with them, and I have recommended this to my friends as well.

The online shop is great, and the service that followed my purchase was excellent. Even when I got an emails about out of stock items, and how I wanted to deal with it, it was easy to manage. It was also easy when I asked if I could change where I wanted the delivery or collection point to be. It was all efficiently dealt with. We ordered an 11,4kg bag of Acana dog food on Tears website. Placing the order was simple. From the date of ordering to the date of collection was three days, so order in advance, and leave time for order preparation. We chose the "collect at a local Tears store", which we received an email, and later a telephone call, to confirm that the item was ready for collection.
