Most pathetic place ever! Never has anything. Can’t believe the shop is still open! Please close down your business it will be best for everyone.
The shop said it would be open at 7:30am, I waited an hour to open. I came to this shop so that I could get what I needed and make it to work on time.
No dogfood! No smiles! No service! Unhelpful staff and on their phones all the time, not interested. Don’t have basic animal necessities!

They never have stock of Montego. I have to stop only there and you can't shop at other shops at the same time. I will never go again.

Ive been phoning the store continuously. It just rings untill they kill the call. Ive also tried phoning westpack at irenelink to see if they can help me reach petzone and same thing. Its obvious to me that you do want to help customers and dont need any business.
