Super Pumps: Fish Ponds,Pond Liner, Pond Pumps , Pond Filters & Fountain Pumps and Nozzles

We hired Nardus from Superpumps 3 months ago to install pipe work and a new MPV for our pond in Centurion. He wanted cash upfront, which we paid, only to be left with a disaster. Multiple experts, reviewing photos, confirm the entire system is incorrectly set up—the MPV installation is fundamentally flawed, causing water to bypass the filter. We had one expert come to fix the system and then he confirmed the MPV was installed completely wrong, bypassing the entire filtration system and causing my fish to swim in waste for 3 months, killing two of them. This has resulted in severe and immense distress for myself. It’s because he dropped people off to do the install and when we said we want a refund he said he did his job. We sent him an email about this catastrophe, but there’s been no reply forcing us to find someone else to fix his shoddy handiwork at additional cost. Avoid Nardus at all costs.

Send a message via WhatsApp no response, had to call! Came out and charged R500 to tell me what i already know with no solution. Said he will send quotes 10 days later still nothing. Does not even read messages, quick to charge call out fee but does nothing! Don't waste your time and money here go fish somewhere else! Bad service and terrible after service! Wonder how bad the actual Instalation would have been would i have gone with them! Use someone else!!!
