The Queen Pet Shop - Highlands

The reason I went to this pet shop was because of the amazing reviews I saw. I was so impressed, not only do they have variety of products to purchase for my cats but their service is out of this world. They gave me advice and answered my queries. Maria was so helpful, even holding thr basket for me as I shopped. This will definitely be my home from now on. Keep up the amazing work!!!! I took videos for my blog as well ♥️

The pet shop is so fully stocked with different breeds of fish and reptile..the staff are so helpful and effective..they are so knowledgeable and guides u about choices, caring for your pets..keep it up

I always shop at Queen Highlands in fact I bought everything to set up my fish tank from them.i had a problem with my pump which had a 3 year guarantee and I went in to the store. The manager was Jonas but he looked at and said he had to ask his manager I called after a week and he then said he has to ask the area manager on my third call after 3 weeks I was assisted by Nicolas what a pleasant person. He changed my pump for a new one immediately as it was under guarantee. Thank you Nicolas

Great shop and friendly staff. Always ensure that the specific food I buy for my dog is in stock as I am the only one that buys it. Always make a plan if their suppliers have issues and get from there other stores.

Excellent, clean well kept petshop. The best I've seen by far. The staff are friendly, competent and very knowledgeable with all pets. Ask for the store manager, Liesbeth, she is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices of products very reasonable. I can recommend this pet shop to anyone for all your pet supplies. The store manager helped me with the right advice and guidance as to how to maintain and restore the health of my fish tank properly after experiencing an infection and a lot of fish died off unfortunately. Definitely can recommend it to anyone needing advice and supplies for all and any pet of your pets.

How disgusting to have to talk to a salesperson while they are eating oh "I am not eating" then why are you chewing. its is only cows that chew without eating. no apology nothing a pity, I am forced to go there because their prices and stocks are good

Nice store, but I absolutely despise going there. If I have to go in, it's seriously a hit and run. Why in the world do you keep live birds in tiny cages? It is the saddest thing hearing them chirping, sitting there probably for months with no human interaction I'm sure and deprived of space and feeedom. Heartbreaking, the sale of life animals should be completely outlawed in my opinion
