I would personally like to take the time to thank this pet store as well as one of their wonderful clients. I had a situation where i needed help and advice as i found 3 stray kittens in my garden and needed advice on how to take care of them till i can find them homes. A wonderful staff member assisted with all the advice that she could and a client ended up sponsoring kitten milk as i could not afford the price. This is the best pet store assistance and client friendliness that i have ever received in my whole life and I encourage people to support this store as they go the extra mile . Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both the ladies as well as to the store and its owner !

Visited the store 2x in 2 months - first time - man preoccupied - eventually he came to assist but it was such an effort - why are there no prices on products yesterday - the lady was on her phone the entire time was in the shop eventually walked out - she did not even acknowledge me. hardly any products on shelves.

Will never buy here again....sold wrong petfood to me saying that im mistaken...what im looking for is only vet prescribed....while i have bought it in mall@ reds before...AND no free catbowl, because i have to buy 3kg or more...advert clearly states 1 5kg or more ...you made your sale today. but you will not see me again.

Always friendly and always have stock of Royal Canin Sachets . Chicken in Gravy for my 3 children.

Good stop off to get the essentials for pets - stock can be limited and you would need to special order if you require petfood that is not in demand.

Even though this franchise stocks everything you would expect, we have experienced extremely rude and bad service twice in a row. Same woman.
