The Crazy Store Cullinan Jewel Shopping Centre

This is the worst Crazy store I've ever shopped at. My wife and I just moved to cullinan and the customer service is very unprofessional and clearly on an embarrassing level. The manager (Tebogo) has 0 respect for customers and needs more training along with the rest of the staff. Also, if the top management reads this, please be selective of the music you play in the store, your employees were dancing all over the place.

The crazy store employee was so rude . When she was talking I could hear , I ask her to speak loudly and then she shuts the door in our face .

The reason we leave our local stores is because of poor service, last week I went to the store and the cleaning lady was so rude, I wasn’t even going to step on wet floors and I left to go and buy at another shop. Today there is no electricity in Cullinan and I go on there to fine very irritated women. The other was on the phone and made a rude comment about customers who comes in when there is no electricity. If there shop is not operating when there is no electricity, leave a sign and stop being rude

I go to this shop very often and the staff is so very polite and helpfull all the time. Doreen Matoba helped me a few times and she helped me when stock was mot on shelve by getting on ladder in storeroom to check gor me and provided me with the stock. Compliments to her for being a very dedicated staff member to is as customers. Thank you for your staff and neat shop.
