Very friendly service here and they have a great product quality. Remember its not always about quantity but about quality
Received my cat food in les than a day, great service. Let see how much the cat's like it. Thank sy Juava Team!
I am really disappointed with the Juava management team's pricing decisions over the past 18 months. I buy from a small distributor in Pta east, and prices have increased 50% since beginning of last year. As much as we are all aware of the legitimate and the not so legitimate excuses for price increases, your competition has increased prices by 30%. Do not get me wrong, I PREFER to use Juava adult food, it is an EXCELLENT product. Your cost management and belief that you can increase prices, to increase your margins, are misplaced. All consumers are struggling to put food on their tables, never mind continue feeding their pets. After 4 years of loyal support and actively promoting the brand, I will change to Hero. A real pity, since prices for grains, oils and certain raw input costs have allready starting decreasing from highs. You cannot and should not recover capital investment expenses from cuustomers. Take a bit on the chin, like all your customers.
The food is excellent but the admin side of their office is beyond hopeless. If I could give it a minus 10 I would.
I am very happy with this product. My dog fur is shining and beautiful.
Our cats love this food. Delivery was quick as well
Live maggots in 8kg puppy food. Tried contacting via website, no feedback
