Best prices in Durban. We drive all the way from town just to buy our cat food here. They have a massive selection on all pet items at the very best prices. They also stay open later than most per shops.

Great outlet. Plenty choices of brands. Helpful assistants. Lovely range of fish. All size mice. Good prices. I get all my supplies from here. For my many pets, including reptiles. Also a pooch palour conveniently situated at the back. Recommend them to anyone who hasn't been here yet.

Easy access with easy off street parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of the things you probably need for your pets and wild birds. I return for my supplies, I haven't found a better pet shop on the Bluff.

I bought a pair of black moors and a pair of fantails from this shop. They are world class! They always have amazing goldfish, Bettas and cichlids in stock. Be sure to go back a few times though as stock does vary. They also have bunches of fish medicine, food and equipment. It is amazing to still have a pet shop with such an amazing freshwater fish variety on the Bluff. They also have a lot of other pets: birds, bunnies, rats and snakes. In an age where a "pet shop" has largely become a soulless maze of giant dog food bags and toys, I implore people to support this wonderful place, and bring your kids through to see the adorable and amazing creatures. Their staff is also friendly and helpful, they always make you feel welcome.

poor customer service. groomer is very rude I took my dog recently, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The groomer I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive. Professionalism and kindness are just as important as grooming skills, and sadly this was lacking. I won’t be returning and hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customers deserve to be treated with respect.

We got a baby rabbit from them. We ask for a male only because we already had a male and we didn't want them to mate. At the store it was wet on the chest and neck area. We tried to clean it repeatedly but it didn't help. As we introduced the rabbits to eachother. The one we had tried to mate with the new one. So we looked for ourselves and it was female and not male like we were told it was. We took her to the vet and she had a dental problem and a problem with her dewlap. She died after only having her for 9 days. We went back to the pet shop and he said it happened when they small and wasn't concerned about it.
