Amazing service with such a warm and welcoming energy, very knowledgeable and passionate staff who are always willing to take the time to advise and have a pleasant chat. I've been frequenting the store for many years and there are comparisons. Definitely pay them a visit and support such awesome individuals.
My 5 year old wanted fish, but I had no clue what I was getting into. After 20 minutes with Judy, she had explained everything I needed to know but also made it known that I can always come back with questions. She helped me purchase all the relevant things I needed and it was a pleasure being in their store. Incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me confidence to take on some fish.
They are as good as it gets. Been going for over 1 decade. Very family vibe place and they love animals.
