Always clean, staff always friendly, does not always have the aquarium equipment one needs but always has an similar product availble. Prices are a bit high compared to other pet stores like the one at East Rand Traders Square, you can expect 70% higher prices on animals. But and it's a big but. Personally I would rather pay extra for the quality of the animals, recently bought a lot of fish from them and have no issues with illnesses or anything. Ladies in front always willing to help and never complains even if I have them place my fish orders in seperate bags etc. Love the play area for the kids and also the coffee shop. Bengal kitty at the back needs to come home with me though. Other than that the place gets a 10 out of 10 from me, ablution facilities were clean and well kept, animals in great condition, whole place always clean. Like I said only small issue is the pricing being a bit steep, but I can look that over for the level of service I always recieve here. Love you guys and thanks for always being helpfull and polite.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Exotic Fins and Paws, and I must say, it's one of the most well-organized pet shops I've ever been to. Right from the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the neat arrangement and the wide variety of pet supplies they offer. One of the highlights of my visit was finding the perfect all-in-one pill for our beloved Bull Terrier. This pill, which covers everything from ticks, fleas, to worms, is a game-changer for pet health and convenience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me to this product and explaining its benefits, ensuring that I made an informed purchase. The ambiance of the store is delightful, filled with enthusiastic and friendly staff. Their warm and professional approach makes shopping here a real pleasure. It's no wonder the store was bustling with customers; their reputation for quality and service clearly precedes them. I also appreciated the variety of pets and pet products available. If I could give this petshop 0 stars I absolutely would, they are beyond useless, hiring staff that are fresh out of school and know nothing about animals at all, they never ever have what you are looking for, I have went there numerous times to get crickets for my bearder dragon and they NEVER have any, they always say it's coming in 2 days or so, then I go back and guess what, NOTHING AGAIN, they are extremely expensive and the owner knows absolutely nothing that's going on inside his OWN shop, I have called him 7 times and no answer, he finally answers and I ask about a gecko he then says he is not sure about the price of the gecko he'll have to go check and check if they still have stock, jow can you, THE OWNER, not know the prices of your own items and the stock of you live, high demand animals, I have also whatsapped him multiple times and he NEVER answers back, I have also asked about selling him my chameleon and then he says it's illegal to keep them as pets, but yet he now has 2 chameleons in his store? It's really a miracle that this place is still standing, they are extremely expensive, never have stock and the owner is clueless, rather go to "The queen petshop, ben fleur" they are wonderful.

Having coffee ☕️ and kids can have fun playing, what more can you ask for...

The owner never answers his phone no matter how many times you call I have called 7 times and still no answer and when he does answer he has no idea what goes on in his own store he never has crickets he never had any stock a bad experience and how this place still stands is beyond me

Awesome amazing place where you can enjoy the animals and relax and enjoy the awesome food from the kitchen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pet shop has expanded and it’s fantastic! There’s now a cozy coffee shop inside with tasty coffee and super friendly staff. They’ve also added a pet groomer inside and a carwash outside — such a convenient one-stop spot. Highly recommend.
