Staff always very friendly and helpfull, cashier has always treated me well. Always found what I was looking for here, prices a bit high on animals but still worth it for the quality animals and service you get. Planning on building a very large 300 liter plus tank so you guys will be seeing a lot more of me. My son properly enjoys it here, loves feeding the ducks and talking to the parrots. Have not found 1 item here that they either don't have or cannot source. Love you guys.
Duckpond Garden Centre Witbank were favorite place to go to for the plants and animals. What a shock when I look closer and realize not a single drop of water or food for animals. It was already after 12h00 on a heatwave day and one parrot were standing in direct sun..no water or food. Staff do not take responsibility and owner treat me like I was the one in wrong. ANIMALS CAN NOT TALK OR ASK FOR HELP!!!
Its nice a place to go chill with family,have some lunch and go see few animals, these also a play area for kids theh will love it.
I am a bit shocked to see the birds in small cages without proper sunlight and natural enclosures.
Beautiful clean place with great service beautiful peaceful garden. Small intimate coffee shop nature at its best
Natural medicine, herbal remedies are no longer a scarce resources to get at Witbank Garden Centre
