I went to Chicken Licken with my family on the 12 December during the day. The ladies there were not hospitable at all. In fact they made us buy food first before using the bathroom. When we asked where is an official communication notice that makes customers aware of this they didn't answer us, in fact we were brushed off and told to take our food and leave. We begged to use the bathroom since we were coming from a funeral, but they did not budge at all. They insisted no one uses the toilet without buying something.
The establishment was tidy, and the fruits were exceptionally fresh – almost like they'd primped up before heading to the display shelves or market stalls 🍎💅! The staff were friendly to the max; they were so engaging, I half-expected a marriage proposal 😆.
It's okay, they just need to move the fast food area right inside the store and not next to the entrance
Love the kiosk, the food is great also

Pick n pay is the best compared to Shoprite at Emba mall even if there's a long queue at pick n pay their service is superb 👌👌👌
It's not so big though always full but it's an in and out kind of a shop.whatbi is that the service is the best.
