Cat Box Pet Hyper - George

Very kind and helpful staff, friendly and welcoming. Also very knowledgable about their products.

Fully stocked, clean shop with reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Friendly counter staff and well stocked. Floor staff a bit lazy

Went to Cat Box on the 7th May to return a hamster cage and was told by the staff that they dont do returns, I suspected they were lying to me so I went to Mosselbays Cat Box and they were able to help me telling me their policy is 7 day returns and 14 days exchange. I was really dissipointed to hear that because I could of gotten my refund in george when I went because I purchased the item on 30th April. Dissipointed experience, teach your staff not to lie to their customers....

"5/5 stars! I'm so impressed with Cat Box Pet Hyper! As an animal lover, it's amazing to find a store that truly cares about the well-being of our furry friends. The selection of natural pet food, treats, and supplies is top-notch and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect food for my pup. The prices are very reasonable too! The shop itself is clean, organized, and welcoming. I love the cute decorations and the friendly atmosphere. It's clear that the owners are passionate about animals and want to provide the best for them. I've already recommended Cat Box Pet Hyper to all my friends and family with pets. If you're looking for a trusted and reliable pet store, look no further! This place is a gem. Great job, Cat Box Pet Hyper! Keep up the fantastic work!"

I’ve been a regular customer at this store since it opened and have always appreciated their variety of products. It’s my go-to place for buying things for my pets. However, during my last couple of visits, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I’m not an expert when it comes to choosing the best products for my pets, and I was hoping for some assistance, but I didn’t receive much help. It’s frustrating because I really enjoy shopping here, but a little guidance from the staff would have made a big difference. I hope to see improvements in customer service in the future.

I usually visit another place in town, but due to the specific food I was looking for, I visited Cat Box Hyper. Really disappointing. Really bad service. No-one in sight to whom I can direct a question, nobody even realising I have no clue where what products are (and you could see I am lost), not assisting with the 10kg bag of food, waited at the till with nobody to assist me, when she came was not friendly at all. Sjoh. No. I know I am not royalty, but in comparison to other places, this was a really bad experience. And just because they have variety, they will gain customers they don't deserve. Please just try and be present and friendly. Hopefully it was just a bad day because there are a lot of good reviews.
